    NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

    Notice is hereby given that the 2013 Annual General Meeting of Interfin Financial Services Limited that was scheduled to be held on the 19th of December 2013 has been postponed to a later date to be advised. This has been necessitated by the regulatory requirement to allow adequate time to circulate the 2011 and 2012 financial statements for the holding company Interfin Financial Services Limited. Any inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted.
