1) We hereby authorize M/s UNIVERSAL AGENCY of 16 A Synagogue Street,

Culcutta the Customs Authorized Clearing Agent to clear the above noted
consignment from custom and port and to forward the same for onward
transportation to Nepal on behalf of us.
2) I, Ramesh Jodhani Proprietor,/Partner/Director of M/s Janta Cable Industries
Pvt. Ltd, Kathmandu, Nepal also hereby authorize Shri Sudipta Sen, partner of
M/s Universal Agency , Culcutta to execute a legally binding undertaking in terms
of para 9A of the import procedure of the Memorandum to the protocol to the
Treaty of Transit between Nepal and India dt. 06.01.19999
3) I hereby undertake to pay the amount equal to the difference between the market
value of the event to the goods not reaching Nepal.
4) The president through the asstt. Commissioner of Customs will recover the
amount as specified in para 2 above in terms of para 9 A and 9 B of the above
treaty.
