The entire line from the control unit to the last detector as well as all response indicator lines must be included when working out capacitance. The line resistance R of the entire detector loop respectively from the detector furthest away to each of the two control unit connections must not exceed 150 .

The total length of the installed cable (ring and stub lines including external wiring) multiplied by the capacitance value Cs' must not exceed the capacitance value C specified in the diagrams.
