1.0 In order for students to be post-secondary ready and to meet the challenges
of a rapidly changing world, Poudre School District children will demonstrate
levels of achievement consistent with high individual expectations and
Colorado State Standards in:
 Academics
 Civic Participation
 Career Preparation
 Creative Skills
 Thinking Skills

1.1 PSD children will demonstrate levels of achievement in learning skills and
content knowledge consistent with high expectations across all academic
areas (Mathematics, Science, Civics and Government, History, World
Languages, Reading & Language Arts, Physical Education, Economics,
Geography, Art, and Music) with minimal post-secondary remediation.
Within academic areas students will exhibit:
