As you are aware, our school is organizing a Health Week to raise awareness among students about the need to be more health conscious. Obesity has been on the rise among young people. As the Chairperson of the organizing committee, I would like to give a talk on __________________________.

Teachers and fellow friends, There are many reasons contributing to obesity. Firstly, the continuous ________________ is the main factor for one to be obese. Eating too much _______________ and fast food such as potato chips, fries and crackers in between meals is a reason why youngsters are putting on weight nowadays.
