I chose the topic of Genghis Khan because I like action stuff and during his life time there was a lot of action. Also not that many people know about him they might of heard his name but not actual facts. So I thought he deserved more attention and credit for what hes done. Last of all it also lets people learn some fun facts about a guy that built one of the biggest empires. I began my research by going to biography.com that has a ton of information on Genghis. It shows me fun facts. It also showed me his early life, mid life, and around his death. Also I started it by me knowing stuff about him because I did a project on him when I was younger. I also got some facts from friends. Well a website is better because you get to see videos and photos. But on paper you cant. Paper has no color and you can search stuff on websites instead of having to read the whole thing on a paper. Also its more noticeable with colors and you get mini interviews. My topic relates to rights and responsibilities because he was a king and warrior for Mongolia. So as king he had to rule Mongolia and defend it he also had to help make sure everyone was ok. Then as warrior he had to fight in all the battles to defend Mongolia. ( word count : 239 )
