3/1/12 Thanks for mentioning Paul Halmoss advice on active learning on page xxiii. On page 460, Poskitt, O. S. should read Poskitt, D. S. Thank you to Andrey Kostenko.

10/18/11 On page 439, the number 0.05 should be replaced by 0.01. I am indebted to Christian Robert for this correction.

10/17/11 The quotation on page xxv attributed to Florence Nightingale is acually due to Karl Pearson, writing about her views. It is from The Life, Letters, and Labours for Francis Galton, Volume 2, page 415. I am indebted to Guy Freeman for this correction.

5/31/11 Dear Prof. Kadane, First of all, congratulations on your book Principles of Uncertainty! It is certainly a valuable source for students and researchers in the area. I am writing since I think I spot a typo in the book. Unless I am missing some point, I think the inequalities of Equations 11.67 e 11.68 are reversed.
