Structura lucrrii
Prima parte a lucrrii prezint o sintez a literaturii de specialitate privind comportamentele contraproductive la locul de munc i a relaiei dintre acestea i trsturile de personalitate.
A doua parte cuprinde obiectivele i ipotezele de care pleac cercetarea empiric, metodologia i analiza rezultatelor cercetrii. n ultima parte sunt formulate concluziile studiului, stabilite implicaiile practice i trasate limitele i noile direcii de cercetare.

Exist o corelaie negativ ntre Contiinciozitate i deviana interpersonal. H4. Exist o corelaie negativ ntre Agreabilitate i comportamentele contraproductive. H5. Exist o corelaie negativ ntre Agreabilitate i deviana organizaional. H6. Exist o corelaie negativ ntre Agreabilitate i deviana interpersonal. H7. Exist o corelaie negativ ntre Stabilitatea Emoional i comportamentele contraproductive.

Serviciul de Ambulan Bucureti-Ilfov (S.A.B.IF.) are ca specific lucru n regim de ateptare. S.A.B.IF. ofer asisten medical de urgen, transporturi nemedicalizate. S.A.B.IF. are peste 750 de angajai, dintre care 85 lucreaz n departamentul de call-center.

45 itemi, 2 subscale: comportamente contraproductive organizaionale i comportamente contraproductive interpersonale.

Concluzii
Se confirm ipotezele H1, H2 i H3 conform crora exist o corelaie semnificativ negativ ntre Contiinciozitate i Comportamentele Contraproductive analizate global i la nivel de subscale. n cadrul departamentului de call-center al S.A.B.IF. a fost identificat o frecven sczut a comportamentelor contraproductive.
