#ey Accountabilities:

$rovide technical support for process desi%n of the plant e&uipments desi%n reviews evaluations and safety studies. $rovide technical support for troubleshootin% of problems at runnin% plants commissionin% and construction activities. 'valuate & monitor plant & e&uipment process efficiency benchmar( performance and propose modification for improvement. )evelop process simulation models and evaluate operatin% modes of plant. $rovide support for e*ecution of desi%n wor( and review documents developed by en%ineerin% contractors. 'valuate utilities consumptions and su%%est improvements. )evelop process e&uipment monitorin% system especially for catalysts & adsorbents and process chemicals. +tandardise process e&uipment specifications for all modifications and new developments. Review applicable operatin% procedures to improve the e&uipment effectiveness. Review and update the plant operatin% philosophies in accordance with the business needs and safety standards. 'valuate system costs & inventories of process chemicals and help field staff in inventory optimisation. $erform reliability & availability analysis and su%%est improvements. ,pprove within the level of authority en%ineerin% desi%n and deviations from desi%n standards procedures and vendor recommendations. -'. .Chemical/ from an 0'C reco%ni1ed institution with minimum 2 years of e*perience in process desi%n and plant operations in 3il & 4as industry. 5amiliarisation with corporate desi%n philosophies. 6nowled%e of applicable international standards $lant desi%n specifications & philosophies statutory re%ulations & re&uirements for safety & environment. 5amiliar with other desi%n en%ineerin% construction & commissionin% activities. 6nowled%e of process simulations e&uipment desi%n and evaluation criteria 5ire protection systems en%ineerin% reviews 0,73$ 58'C, other safety studies and ha1ardous area classifications. 5amiliar with development of process en%ineerin% desi%n documents e.%. $5) 95) $&:) plant layouts etc.
