From the Director of Town and Country Planning Letter Roc. No.41988/99 MP 2, dated 23,10.2010. In the Government Order first read above, orders were issued for approval of the Master Plan for Coimbatore Local Planning Area under section 28 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadw Act 35 of 1972) 2. The Director of Town and Country Planning, in his letter second read above, has stated that a modified master plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Arca has been prepared, taking into consideration, the current developments and aleo future developments and has requested the Government to give consent under sub-section (2) of section 24 of the said Act, to the Coimbatore Local Planning Authority to the publication of notice under section 26 of the said Act of the preparation of the modified master plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area. 3, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby gives his consent to the Coimbatore Local Planning Authority to the publication of a notice under section 26 of the said Act, of the preparation of the modified master plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area. 4. The draft modified master plan for the Coimbatore Local. Planning Area as consented to by the Government under sub-section (2) of section 24 of the said Act is returned to the Director of Town and Country Planning, and he is requested to acknowledge the receipt of the same. The Director of Town and Country Planning is directed to ensure that the provision specified in the IGO¥COCUECTOCUGOUVOESOFDUOVDYV VB DEO, on900 o9 COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING AREA MASTER PLAN UTINISED AND CERTIFIED THAT 1. The boundary of Master plan has been marked in red line in the plan and the area corresponds to the Planning areas notified inclusive of the area of Detailed Development Plans. 2. Reports and all the plans have been authenticated. 43.
