We are in receipt of the structural drawings and instructions Ref: No 56 issued for erecting low level water tank base which we received on 18th march 2013. We confirm we are in the process of undertaking the instructions. We request you to give us extension of time to cater for extra time required to execute this instruction as stipulated in the contract. Kind regards

NAIROBI Dear Sir, REF: COMPLETION OF PROPOSED STAFF HOUSES AT ELDORET G.K PRISONS CONTRACT: WP ITEM NO.DO5/RV/501/0138F The above subject refers We wish to inform you that we substantially completed the relevant Builders works for the above project. No further Builders work e.g. plasterwork, screeding, painting etc was possible before the Nominated Sub-Contractors had executed their specialized works. We are therefore requesting you to call back these Nominated Sub-Contractors who have deserted the site since November 2012 to resume execution of their works. It is not our fault that there is slow progress on the builders work. We request you to consider us for the stipulated compensation in Clauses 17, 19, 23, 24 and 25 due to the above delays.
