Letter of Recommendation for Shane Murphy

I was honored when asked to write a Letter of Recommendation for Shane Murphy. I believe that he has been an exemplary student and role model while at UW-Platteville. I met Shane when he was a student in several of my classes. He went above and beyond the class requirements to earn strong As in all of my classes. He really cares about doing his work correctly and diligently, and I enjoyed reading his reflections about what he learned through his various experiences. Throughout all of my classes, I have really admired his positive attitude, disposition, strong work ethic, and smile. He is a very conscientious, consistent student who has a great commitment to learning, and always treats me with respect. I can always count on Shane to pay attention and ask good questions in class. Shane balances his time between school and extra-curricular involvements, such as baseball. He manages to keep his grades at a high G.P.A. This shows that he is very effective with time management. In my opinion, you have to have great time management skills to make it all work, especially to the impressive extent that Shane does. I highly recommend Shane for any Health Promotion opportunity.
