As a business club, we ex ress our commitment to and solidarity wit! t!e on"#oin# activities !eld under t!is business society$ As art of t!is commitment, we declare our willin#ness to ta%e t!e followin# actions& 'o establis! and ex and t!is business club at local and national levels in (a%istan$ 'o evolve our be!aviors, morality, and lifestyle to romote rofessional and decent ractices wit!in and outside t!e university$ 'o conduct certain ro#rams to ex lore, olis! and utili)e t!e talents of t!e students and to rovide latform to en!ance t!e intellectual ca abilities of t!e students$

'!e ermanent members of t!e Business Executive Society s!all be t!e individuals w!o will be selected by t!e u er mana#ement t!rou#! interviews$ All t!e individuals w!o fulfill Business Executive Society criteria s!all be made Executive members$ Eac! member s!all contribute e*ually every mont!$ '!e interview board s!all com rise of (atron in .!ief, (atron in c!ar#e and ot!er res ectables from t!e faculty$

'!e #eneral members will be t!e members of entire society, not of a s ecific club$ 2eneral Secretary, Associate Secretary and Executive members will ay members!i fee at t!e time of ;oinin#$ 1embers!i fee will be 300 0s$ (er semester and t!e members!i will be renewed after a year$ '!e members of t!e Society will wor% wit!out any reli#ious and olitical influence$

I*$e#c"*ent! 5n case of disobedience or violation of rules, strict actions s!all be ta%en a#ainst t!e members$ 5n serious .onditions t!e members will be fined 1000 0s$ or t!e members!i will be cancelled at t!e s ot$ '!e eli(i+ility criteri# are as follows& <ualification& BBA +!ons$, and 1BA

Selections will be made annually$ 5n case of resi#nation from t!e office by t!e member, t!e vacancy s!all be filled wit!in one wee%$ 1eetin#s will be conducted fortni#!tly$ 5n case of absence from two consecutive meetin#s, strict actions will be ta%en a#ainst t!e erson>s members!i by t!e #rou $ 5n case of any ur#ent issue, extra"ordinary meetin# can be called$ 1eetin# will be conducted in t!e resence of 2?3rd of t!e total members$ '!e functionin#, erformance, finance and a reciations will be discussed in t!e meetin#s before to mana#ement$
