Date: 10/29/13 To: At 2:10 on October 29, 2013, was suspended from school.

The reason(s) for suspension: used the schools iPad very inappropriately. Many pictures were found on the iPad, including some very pornographic ones. This is against school and our iPad policy.

Pursuant to Minnesota Statute 121A.40 - 121A.56 office.
