I have been a loyal customer of your bank for the past years, and proud gold card holder. I have time and again received great service at your bank which is one of the main reasons I bank with ICICI. But to my surprise, I had to open a new account because name could not be appended in my old account No. . Thereafter, I was at the receiving end of some very poor service at your bank inspite of surety of opening new account within half an hour(if you remember Amitabh Bachan advt). On the said date, I made the request for opening of new account, but after lapse of over one week its still pending. As I am a transporter and into day to day dealing, this inordinate delay in opening of account is causing unnecessary harassment thereby disturbing my business.. I am appalled at such behavior, and have a good mind to take my business elsewhere. I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure my problem is resolved. Your company has been known to provide good services, and such events tarnish the company name, so please address this issue soon. Thank you for your co-operation.
