We take great pleasure in sharing with you the news that the Odisha edition of The Political and Business Daily (PBD) will complete 2nd year of its existence on October 31, 2013. As we look back on the journey so far, we are overcome with two contrasting emotions. While we are happy with the rapid strides that PBD has made in the short span since its launch, we also realize that we still have a long way to go. But the progress in these two years does give us the hope that the future will be even better. To commemorate this special occasion, we are planning to come out with a three-part supplement coinciding with the anniversary issue. The three sections of the supplement will be Politics and Society, Business and Economy and Art and Culture. Needless to say such a venture would not be possible without the support of our generous patrons, who have supported us all the way through this short but eventful journey. The list of our patrons has grown longer with every milestone on the way and we are sure the important milestone of the completion of 2nd year of existence will add significantly to the list. We cordially invite you to join us in the celebration of the first anniversary of PBD and release an advertisement for the special anniversary supplement along with any write up you may want to get published. We can assure you that it will be good value for money and buy you high visibility in a newspaper that is making all the splash in circles that matter. We would request you to release your advertisement and write-up, if any, by October 10, 2013 to enable us to stitch things up in time. If you have a particular space/position preference, we shall be happy to accommodate it if you let us know sufficiently in advance.
