This is a letter of recommendation for Ms. Ashley Sack, who has worked as a caregiver for many years with our son, Spencer, both on a part-time and full-time basis. The care for Spencer is a challenging endeavor as he has Autism and is on the high-functioning end of the spectrum. Ashley has served as Spencers aide both in classroom environments, recreational therapy sessions and out in the community. She demonstrated perpetual creativity in devising an environment of learning and life-skills building while maintaining his attention. Ashley provided the most value we have ever seen in a caregiver over the last nine years of Spencer having these services. She has earned the most sincere trust from our family and gained a strong reputation with our Community Mental Health caseworker. She consistently demonstrated a remarkable amount of patience and calm in any situation. Ashley is able to handle any emergency situation that arises, and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to helping those with disabilities. She asserts that extra level of well-being for individuals, and consistently raised the bar of excellence for other caregivers to strive for. Her work ethic is strong as she is prompt and thorough with her tasks. She is extremely reliable and can be depended on at every level.
