Chairman of the Department of Transport, Chairman Musanada, Member of the Executive Council, emirate of Abu Dhabi

HE Abdulla Rashed Khalaf Al Otaiba is the chairman of the Department of Transport, member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, and Chairman of Musanada. HE Al Otaiba has a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering from University of Southwestern Louisiana, USA. H. E. Mr. Al Otaiba worked at the Petroleum Development Department of Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO) for two years. In 1996, H. E. Mr. Al Otaiba joined the UAE Offsets Group (UOG) to focus on privatization, transportation, environmental and petrochemicals projects. He became Senior Advisor of Mubadala Development Company and Vice President of Marketing of Dolphin Energy Limited (DEL), a subsidiary of UAE Offsets Group (UOG), responsible for implementing the Dolphin gas project. In addition to his duties, HE Al Otaiba is Chairman for TransAD (The Centre for Regulation of Transport by Hire Cars in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi), Chairman for Musanada, Board Member in the GCAA (General Civil Aviation Authority for the UAE), Board Member in the NTA (National Transport Authority for the UAE) and Board Member in the UPC (Urban Planning Council in Abu Dhabi) and Board Member in ZonesCorp (Higher Corporation for Specialized Economic Zones).
