Memoir Rubric

Exceptional (25 points) Voki or Fakebook task completion The task was completed with thorough detail and demonstrates knowledge of a worked on, written memoir and a memoirs working parts. The task was completed on time and the student collaborated and asked/answered questions when necessary. The resources provided were used effectively to better the completion of your Voki or Fakebook project. It is demonstrated by the student that the resources were applied to the project and the student took time to learn about each source provided to them. Your Voki avatar or Fakebook profile demonstrate that you have all necessary elements in your memoir

Accomplished (20 points) The task was completed with good detail and demonstrates some knowledge of a worked on, written memoir and a memoirs working parts. The task was completed on time and the student somewhat collaborated and asked/answered questions when necessary. The resources provided were used somewhat to better the completion of your Voki or Fakebook project. It is demonstrated by the student that the resources were applied to the project and the student took little time review each source provided to them. Your Voki avatar or Fakebook profile demonstrate that you have some necessary elements in your memoir

Needs Work (15-10 points) The task was completed with little detail and demonstrates little knowledge of a worked on, written memoir and a memoirs working parts. The task was partially completed on time and the student somewhat collaborated and asked/answered questions when necessary. The resources provided were barely used to better the completion of your Voki or Fakebook project. It is demonstrated by the student that the resources were somewhat applied to the project BUT the student did not take time to learn about each source provided to them. Your Voki avatar or Fakebook profile demonstrate that you have few necessary elements in your memoir

Poor (9-0 points) The task was completed with little to no detail and did not demonstrate knowledge of a worked on, written memoir and a memoirs working parts. The task was not completed on time and the student somewhat collaborated and asked/answered questions when necessary. The resources provided were not used to better the completion of your Voki or Fakebook project. It is demonstrated by the student that the resources were not applied to the project and the student did not take time to learn about each source provided to them. Your Voki avatar or Fakebook profile demonstrate that you have none of the necessary elements in

Focus of your memoir in your Voki or Fakebook task

(i.e., all story elements, dialogue, descriptive language, and a fully developed memory or experience). Your Voki or Fakebook task stays focused on your memoir and you do not have unrelated detail or information to distract from your memory/experience. It should be the same as a written assignment stay focused on your topic!
