The irst eatures o the part to be created are the Planes o +e erence and the )nd 0ertical Plane. These will be created by adding 'ur ace (ill to s!etches.
The properties o planes are maintained when 'ur ace (ill is used i.e. the eature has no thic!ness. 'tart by creating the %0ertical Plane&. 1etting started (hoose the &ront Plane 'elect Sketch on the s!etch toolbar. The 1 de ault s!etch planes are displayed. Choose the (ront 20ertical3 Plane. The selected plane will rotate to a normal to #iew and the origin will be displayed.
