Store Honey-caramel popcorn in an airtight container at room temperature for 4 to 5 days.

5 DGhall added this comment at 05:03am Wed 11th December, 2013 This is a great recipe. I have an "air-popper" so I cooked my corn that way first. For an extra treat add toasted chopped nuts such as almonds, cashews or macadamias to the final steps where you are pouring over the caramel. My only tip for success is to make sure you stir and toss the corn quickly after you have poured on the caramel - in fact if you have another person handy - ask them to slowly pour while you toss.

5 Tiffanyking added this comment at 11:34am Fri 4th January, 2013 Really moore-ish stuff - we couldn't stop eating it - my husband, daughter and I. Don't make it unless you are willing to make more. It doesn't last long. I added cashews for some grown up taste. Worked a treat.

5 RinaP added this comment at 05:54pm Wed 29th August, 2012 Chewy sweetness that's not too unhealthy in moderation. But moderation is soo difficult! I halved the sugar and added some chopped nuts to the caramel mixture. This will be great trail food for long walks or to share at a gathering of fine friends. Other variations would be to add some salt or other seasoning (I'm thinking chilli).

5 JessWright added this comment at 06:14pm Thu 10th May, 2012 Sooo gooood! I have made this several times now and it never lasts long in our house. I add half a cup of chopped salted peanuts too, the saltiness combined with the sweetness of the honey is yummy!!
