The Hope and Healing Supportive Housing Program is a permanent housing program for homeless persons with disabilities. The target population includes those who are chronically homeless with two qualifying diagnosis including a physical disability, mental illness, alcohol public and substance abuse. grocery Housing will be accessible to transportation, stores and recreational facilities.

E X P E C TAT I O N S
Participants in the Hope and Healing Supportive Housing program are expected to do the following: Reside in Baton Rouge. Have regular contact with assigned case manager. Participate in mental health and/or substance abuse treatment. Seek and follow medical care. Be drug screened.

HOMELESS? DISABLED? ALCOHOL PROBLEM? DRUG PROBLEM? MENTAL ILLNESS?


If so, you may be eligible to enroll in the HAART Hope and Healing Supportive Housing Program.
