Operational

Direct Selling of HINCOL products ie.Emulsions, Modifed Bitumen used for Road Construction.
Selling of HINCOL products ie Bitumen Emulsion, Modified Bitumen (Crum Rubber Modified Bitumen, Polymer Modified Bitumen) to Road Infrastructures, Construction companies , NH, PWD, Private, Municipals Contractors who are engaged in road construction and maintenance. Bituminous product to be sold with technical support, convincing, Sales of these product in competitive markets Officer has to travel in assigned area for marketing the products Officer should have good communication and presentation skills. Monitor customer complaints in co-ordination with quality control officer Having good interpersonal relation skill. B2B Selling Business Development New Customers Customer Relations

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

(Minimum educational requirement, special skills & knowledge and any other requirements needed for the satisfactory performance of the job) a) Qualification Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technology (Civil) / Mech / Chem with MBA Science Graduate with MBA From institutes of repute Should have obtained minimum 65% marks.
