The maximum line pressure using in HFCV test facility as per the test procedures are 62.

9 @ 22m3/h and maximum flow rate is 110m3/h @ 58.7 bar. The pressure drop due to all components other than HFCV, CV1 & CV2 is 2 bar (ref: Design Basis Report-High Pressure High Flow Test Facility (HFTF) Rev#14.) Considering these factors, pump having a delivery pressure of 70bar@60m3/h should suffice. The pump quoted by party 2 will deliver 70m3/h @ 72 bar (please refer attached pump curve) at a power rating of 260kW. Also the Booster pump is capable of delivering 3bar line pressure. The required NPSH is 0.75 bar. This will result in addition of 2 bar to the delivery pressure of multistage pump.

Hence the pump quoted by party 2 can be used for the acceptable performance of test facility.
