Ablan AN ORDINANCE REPEALING PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NOS. 84-1994 AND 87-1994, ESTABLISHING AN ACTION CENTER OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT IN METRO MANILA WHEREAS, Provincial Ordinance No. 84-1994 was passed by the 2” Sangguniang Panlalawigan to establish in Metro Manila an Action Center of the Provincial Government to assist our constituents while doing business in the National Capital Region; WHEREAS, Provincial Ordinance No. 87-1994 was passed by the 3” Sangguniang Panlalawigan appropriating Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00) to cover the initial expenses to establish the said Action Center, WHEREAS, the said Action Center no longer exists today; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Ordained that SECTION 1. Provincial Ordinance No. 84-1994 entitled, “An Ordinance Establishing an Action Center of the Provincial Government in Metro Manila," is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. Provincial Ordinance No. 87-1994 entitled, “An Ordinanve Establishing an Action Center of the Provincial Government in Metro Manila and ‘Appropriating Funds therefore in the Amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00),” is hereby repealed.
