Silver Edition Graphing Calculator in Algebra class. My Calculator Number is _______.
I am allowed to use this calculator everyday in Algebra class and on assessments. I am
aware that I cannot take this calculator home, but there are on-line graphing calculators I
can use if needed for homework.

I agree to make sure the calculator is in perfect working order BEFORE class starts—if it
is not I will alert my teacher. I agree to NOT use my pencil to push the keys or write on
the screen, NOT to remove the batteries, and to place the cover on properly each time I
use it. I will be extra careful not to drop the calculator and to use it responsibly. If for
any reason the calculator is damaged due to my negligence, I will pay the replacement
cost. I understand that the retail price for a TI-84 Plus Silver Edition is $128.
