Top 10 reasons to join the Inver Grove Heights Community Schools SEAC: What is the Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC)? The Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC) is a group that provides input on special education issues to its local school district. The purpose of SEAC is to advise and advocate, not determine policy. Minnesota law requires each school district in the state to have a SEAC although it does not specify how the groups should be organized or what duties they should perform. As a result, each SEAC may have a unique mission and structure. Please consider joining the Inver Grove Heights Community Schools Special Education Advisory Council! If you are interested please complete the application enclosed and mail, fax, email, or drop off to the Special Education Department. Application Deadline is: Friday September 13, 2013.
