Kidnastics Performance Night Arongen Elementary Gymnasium October 25th, at 6:00pm

Plans for October


Kidnastics! This month we will be continuing with our Kidnastics unit. Kidnastics is a happy combination of aspects from Educational and traditional Olympic gymnastics. Kidnastics is very school appropriate and fun! Your child will be rolling, balancing, jumping, vaulting, hanging and climbing on a variety of different environments. They will be sequencing the skills they learn and performing them. Their final performance they will be working on will be made especially for you!

We are very excited about the Kidnastics unit! We have been and will continue working very hard to improve our skills learned in class to perform in front of an audience you! You are invited to our Kidnastics Performance Night! This night will consist of many different routines created by our students, your children, to present to you the skills of gymnastics they are learning. Dont miss it!

The ultimate goal for the students, your children, is to educate them at how to make Physical Education routine a part of everyday and to understand and practice the fun health related fitness components. (Muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, body composition, and flexibility!)

Children spend an average of 3 to 4 hours a day watching TV. Get active!
