Repatriation Policy

Human Resource Department

Purpose

To Improve the repatriation process of all the workers Resigned, terminated and going on leave.

Overview

Acceptance of Resignation / Leave Application/ Termination Letter Preparing time sheet for final settlement and ticket booking.

Scope

The policy applies, To Operation Department , HR Department and Accounts Department

In Case of any Resignation / Leave Application/ Termination, Before submitting to Hr department it has to be approved by Operation Department with the necessary comments mentioned on it. After approval of Operation department Its a responsibility of HR department to process it for the approval of General manager. After GM approval HR department will prepare all the necessary documents for his Final settlement and exit (Which include Salary, Cancelation, Exit Permit &Ticket Booking). The Policy Accounts department have to make the necessary arrangement for his Settlement and Ticket booking to complete all the process on time to avoid any extra expenses. All the booking can be made on any Week day except Friday and Saturday. After GM approval all the process has to be completed within 6 working days. In case any delay in the process it will be sole responsibility of that department due to which the process is delayed.
