Briefly describe your education and work experience which qualifies you for a position as a Special Education Resource Coordinator in ECSE and specifically address your experience in a coaching or mentoring role in working with adult learners.

SPPS Early Childhood Special Education program is moving to a collaborative model of intervention using a team-based interdisciplinary model known as a primary Service Provider, along with intervention in natural routines. Describe your knowledge of this model and ideas you have to ensure fidelity of implementation throughout ECSE.

Give an example of a difficult situation where you needed to use your leadership and decision making skills. How do you handle conflict and see your role in working as a leader with co-workers and families in ECSE?

SPPS serves over 1,200 students in Early Childhood Special Education. Describe your knowledge of Part C and Part B eligibility and compliance and comment on how you would ensure compliance to federal and state special education due process compliance requirements.

Follow up: A case manager in your area is having difficulty completing their paperwork and now has 3-4 files that are out of compliance. Briefly describe what you would do in this situation.
