AUDITORS REPORT We have audited the attached balance sheet of M/s.

Cordon Suraksha Rakshak Seva Sahakari Sanstha Ltd as on 31st March, 2012 and its Income & Expenditure Account for the year ended on that date, and subject to remarks as mentioned in audit memo & General Remarks. We have to report that: 1. We have obtained all the information and explanation, which to the best of our knowledge & belief were necessary for the purpose of our audit. 2. In our opinion proper books of accounts are maintained as required by the Maharashtra Co-Operative Society Act, 1920 and Rules made under and by laws of the Society as far as it appears from the examination of the books. 3. The Balance Sheet and the income & Expenditure account Audited by us are in agreement with the books of account and return of the society. 4. In our opinion and to the best of our information and according to the explanations given to the said accounts give all the information as required by the Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960 and rule made there under in the manner as required and give true & fair view. 5. (A) In the case of the Balance Sheet of the state of affaires of the society as on 31st March, 2013 And (B) In the case of Income & Expenditure account of the Income of the Society of the Surplus for the year ended on that date. We are in the opinion to give B Audit classification for the co-operative Years 2011-2013.
