Eco NEws this tErm

The new shed has arrived in the ecogarden and is looking very smart! Many thanks to the BPA and all involved.

A group of key stage 3 students took part in the Climate Week challenge this term. It is part of a national competition and this year students had to design inventions to reduce the amount of electricity and water wasted in homes. Some of the inventions were very imaginative and everyone took part with real enthusiasm and team work. Although we are still waiting for the overall results, the work produced by all involved was outstanding! Luke Arscott, Byron Aram and Miles Fox also showed excellent communication and leadership skills when they ran the challenge with two groups of Year 4 students at Warren Mead Junior School.
