Thorough examination will comprise of but not limited to the following:

Stretchers (Rigid)

Examine the main body for wear, cracking, distortion, or corrosion on the main
hand lifting points.
Examine the lifting bridle and accessories as per the applicable Bridon
Examination Procedures.
Ensure weather cover fits correctly and all latches are correct and lock correctly.

If any faults are found at the time of examination which would affect the safe
use of the item, then it must be withdrawn from service and details recorded
on the Inspection Report.
