VADEA Inspire Western Region and VADEA Indulge Western Region Australian Professional Standards Accreditation

Visual Arts and Design Educators Association NSW, through the Professional Teachers Council NSW Board of Studies, Teaching and Educational Standards (BOSTES) (formerly the NSW Institute of Teachers) as the endorsed provider of Institute Registered professional development for the maintenance of accreditation at Proficient Teacher level. SCOPE OF ENDORSEMENT All Standards of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers at the level of Proficient and Highly Accomplished teacher Standards 1-6 of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers at the level of Lead teacher

This course: VADEA Inspire Western Region, Lithgow High School: Share, Network, Inspire, 04 April, 2014 is registered with the NSW Institute of Teachers for 5 hours of professional development at Proficient Teacher/ Professional Proficient level. This course addresses the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers: 6.2.2: Participate in learning to update knowledge and practice, targeted to professional needs and school and/or system priorities. 6.3.2: Contribute to collegial discussions and apply constructive feedback from colleagues to improve professional knowledge and practice. 7.4.2: Participate in professional and community networks and forums to broaden knowledge and improve practice. This course: VADEA Indulge Western Region: Blue Mountains Culture Centre, Katoomba, 04 April, 2014 is registered with the NSW Institute of Teachers for 2 hours of professional development at Proficient Teacher/ Professional Proficient level.
