Wisdom and Courage of Hansel and Gretel in facing challenge in their life to survive. A poor woodcutter and his wife had two children, Hansel and Gretel. Their mother died and soon their father remarried but their stepmother was very cruel. The children heard their stepmother to leave them in the jungle. Wise Hansel crept outside and collected white pebbles. One day, she took the children deep into the forest and left them there . Hansel constantly throwing one of white pebble stones on the road. They were waited until the moon has risen and followed the pebbles whole night long then showed way their fathers house. However , their stepmother planned to leave them in forest again. Clever Hansel had some breadcrumbs in his pocket and dropped them on the way so they could find their way back home. The birds ate all the crumbs and they couldnt find the path that led back home . The children went deeper into the forest. They were hungry and tired . Finally, they saw a house made of chocolates, candies, and cake . They ate it hungrily. Now, a wicked witch lived there and wanted to eat them. She grabbed the children and locked them in a cage. The witch decided to bake Hansel and eat him first . Gretel go out and the witch began heated the oven . Gretel gaves the wicked witch a mighty push that drove her into it , she howled in pain and died . The children found treasure lying around the house and carried it home . Their stepmother had died and their father welcomed them back and lived happily. (250 words)
