Endotracheal.

When an IV line cannot be started, it is sometimes possible to administer emergency medications down an endotracheal tube, which permits absorption into the capillaries of the lungs. It has been shown that this route has a rate of absorption as fast as the IV route. Drugs that can be administered endotracheally include epinephrine, lidocaine, naloxone, and atropine.
