Solubility procedure for 10 % solution Take 90 parts water (de-mineralized or soft water with low total dissolved solids) and heat upto 90 2C. Add 10 Parts of R-Coat C gradually within 60 to 90 minutes. This ensures easy solubilization. Do not add all the powder at one time. Cook at 90 C for 2 hours. Check the solid content. Allow it to cool to 30 35C Adjust the concentration to the desired level. Start spraying on the substrate.
