ANALYSIS AGREEMENT
OVERVIEW: This agreement describes the proposed analysis of the Administrative Assistant job at Ebenezer Medical Outreach. PERSONNEL: Manager is the Executive Director - Yvonne L. Jones Analyst: Azhar Alkreen Master Performer is the Administrative Assistant Amy Lawrence GOAL: To identify the Administrative Assistants duties and task statements, and develop a legally defensible job description. OBJECTIVES: To identify job description. 2. To identify duty statements. task statements. ANALYSIS METHODS: The tools or techniques that will be used are: the three techniques for finding what the job is: Interview Note Technique, Daily Log Technique, and Job Function Technique. The three techniques for finding how the job is done are: Basic Task Description, Process chart Technique, and Flow Chart Technique. The three techniques for how to improve the job are: Basic Comparison Technique, Job Satisfaction Technique, and Path Analysis Technique. RESOURCES NEEDED: 1. Time must be allowed to interview and observe master performers. 2. Position description and content related materials must be made available. 3. Travel to the Ebenezer Medical Outreach will be required. 3. To identify

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: The manager can review the analysis results. The Administrative Assistant will interface directly with the analyst to schedule interviews and observations. The analyst will be responsible for completing the analysis on schedule. PRODUCTS PRODUCED: The final report will include job description, duties, and task statements. EVALUATION PROCESS The Administrative Assistant Supervisor will evaluate the content of the various resulting products. The manager will assess the adequacy of the analysis in meeting this agreement. RENEGOTIATION Any portion of this agreement may be revised at any time by mutual consent of the personnel involved. SIGNATURES
