    Habitual Delinquent = Why those felonies? They are the felonies that are most repeated

    Minor Offenders = Only applies when the minors acted without discernment

    Execution and Service of Penalties

    Suspension due to insanity = the law wants the accused to understand the proceedings

    Service of Penalties = A person can simultaneously be serving a suspension in office and his sentence = How do we determine which penalty should be served first? - Article 70 prison

    Probation = He is not required to serve his sentence

    Procedure for Probation = If revoked, serve full sentence

    Extinction of Criminal Liability
