Recruitment Yield Pyramid refers to the historical arithmetic relationships between recruitment leads and invitees; invitees and

interviews; interviews and offers made; offers made and offers accepted. Recruiting yield pyramid is used to make sure sufficient numbers of potential employees from where the employees would be selected. It measures the successfulness of recruitment strategies. Recruitment yield ratios refer to, for example, the ratio of candidates CVs forwarded by a recruitment agencies to those then shortlisted for interview, those interviewed to offered, those offered to placed, across a business over time.
