Now I find it fascinating that Bill Elfo then and in the time since this internal was ordered has essentially taken up the same political position as CAIR, or the Council on American-Islamic Relations, the unindicted co-conspirators of the 9-11 attacks. Alrighty then. His choice I guess, but whatever.
I've also noticed that Elfo only refers to it being "a major world religion" and if you aren't paying attention he slips that one right past you nearly quasi-implying that it's offensive to Christians, not radical Islam, which is what the post was about. Yes he does think that way.
Yes, it's true. I'll own this one. I do have a moral as well as a legal objection to the senseless slaughter of innocents, the mass beheadings of people simply because they are Christian or non-Muslim, Sharia domestic violence, 'honor' killings and the like. Muslims too for that matter and for the record I'm just as against Muslims being beheaded, slaughtered, 'honor' murdered etc and that is every bit as much ILLEGAL per RCW.
Those actually all happen to be illegal by the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) too, so Bill's position being interestingly aligned with CAIR's is fascinating to me.
This was to be my 4th Class 1 Internal Investigation, but it had to be cancelled after the county attorney straightened Elfo out and told him that he couldn't do so because it's protected 1st Amendment speech.
For those that aren't aware, a Class 1 Internal is the most serious kind and allows for discipline up to and including termination.
I believe he's said in an interview that I was never advised of this internal, ie: it doesn't count, but the advisement memo will follow this as proof that I was advised verbally and in writing.
