This rhubarb pie is an old fashioned rhubarb pie with sugar, eggs, and nutmeg. Ingredients: ( eggs, well beaten $ $)( &ups granulated sugar $) &up all*purpose flour $) teaspoon salt $) teaspoon nutmeg &ups &hopped rhubarb +*in&h pie shell, unbaked Preparation: In a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, sugar, flour, salt, and nutmeg. Beat until light and fluffy. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at !"# for $" minutes% redu&e heat to '!"# and bake " to !" minutes longer.
