0 Angeee added this comment at 07:20am Mon 6th January, 2014 Tip - When i make potato bake i cook the potatoes b4 hand just a little bit in some salted water in a pot. It softens them just enough so when you cook it in the oven they come out perfect :)

0 rubyo added this comment at 05:44pm Mon 30th December, 2013 Hi guys :) I added one chopped onion and 1/4 of a cup of chopped cauliflower and 1 block of veggie stock into the cheese sauce, as well as some pepper. I also used half potato half sweet potato. I also cooked it for about 10 extra minutes a the potatoes weren't yet soft. Definitely the best I have ever eaten! Thanks and I hope this helps!

3.5 kathrynginns added this comment at 06:44am Sun 29th December, 2013 I added some garlic and chopped up ham off the bone (it's Christmas!) and halved everything because it was just for two of us (more than enough). Very yum even though I accidentally added more cheese to the sauce and I think I cooked it longer than an hour but I think the potatoes could have had more cooking. They were soft but still firmish.
