Students will: Be permitted to use the restroom during class time ONLY Leave class at an appropriately allotted time during class Obtain permission and a restroom pass. Go to the nearest restroom as quickly as possible. Make sure cleanliness is practiced at ALL times Students will NOT: Be permitted to use the restroom during transition time Leave during direct instruction, tests, or quizzes.
Students will do the following: 1. Enter and Exit the cafeteria in an orderly manner. 2. Use quiet voices in the cafeteria. 3. Choose food items quickly to allow time for others. 4. Sit at your class assigned table 5. Be sure not throw away any dishes or silverware 6.. Glass bottles of any kind are not permitted. 7. Only one visit through the serving line and one dessert per student allowed. 8. Clean your eating space before leaving the cafeteria. 9. Book bags and large jackets are not permitted in the lunch line. 10.Weekly assigned helpers will make sure their class table is neat and clean.
Offense: Intentionally providing false information to a school board employee including, but not limited to giving false student information, forgery of school notes, and concealment of information directly related to school business. [2.20 (SIR-9 or 58)] Teachers Concern(s): I stated, Ella, I cannot allow you to participate in off-campus activities without your mothers official consent. Parent/Guardian Concern(s) :Ms. Dukes replied, I dont have time to fool with Ella and her foolishness. Why is it so important anyways? Shes not getting paid for it! Students Concern(s): Ella said, I can only support myself so much without my mom not letting me to the things I am really good at doing, like singing. Course of Action: Ella apologized for forging her signature on the permission slip and her mother gave her permission to go.
