While I understand your disappointment, we cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged due to the carrier service. Therefore, we cannot issue a refund for the damaged items. Our signed sales agreement clearly states that Pee-Wee School Supply Co. does not take any responsibility for shipping unless the customer pays for first class with insurance. You elected not to pay for that service. Therefore, we are unable to issue any refund for your purchase. Your company has been a good customer for several years. Naturally, we are very grateful for your patronage and are eager to give you speedy, efficient service you deserve. That is why we have applied a 10 percent credit ($59.00) on your account that will be good toward your next purchase. This credit will be more than enough to offset the extra cost for shipping first class with insurance so that this incident does not happen to you again.
