The students will then do that stretch as they make their way to where * am standing. The stretches will include2 high knees, butt kicks, side lunges, front lunges, back lunges, and wind sprints. fter the stretch, we will play a game of flag tag. .lag tag is played with two teams starting on opposing sides of the court. The teams will look to eliminate their opponents by pulling their flag off. *f your flag gets pulled off, you go to the side and wait until someone on your team steals your flag back from your opponent3s base. This will be a best out of 3 games. (eac)in*' Activities Siberian +aseball !,& -inutes" This game will be set up with two teams in the field and one team at bat. There will be two cones2 # that is #0 feet 4#point5 from home plate and # that is 21 feet 42 points5 away from home plate. There will be a circle of cones around the pitcher, where the students cannot enter. The students will be di$ided into three teams. Two teams will be in the field and the other will be batting. ll the students on a team will bat before switching. * will pitch the ball. 6nce the student makes contact he7she will run to either the first cone 4#point5 or the second cone 42points5 and make it back to home plate as many times as they can before the teams in the field get the ball back to the pitcher. The team that gets the ball to the pitcher recei$es one point.
