Opening Statement: Just about every statement or comment that I make is based on the

undercurrent of this, my theoretical strategy:

My first line of offense to cast aside just about all other theoretical strategies that do not quickly
(produce a fast-tracked) result in the increased trade between and the deepened creation or
expansion of Black Wall Streets, China Towns, German Towns, Latin Towns and other direct
culturally based benefits. I argue that these and other groups (particularly women and gays) have
not effectively or consistently been treated fairly under just about all current systems of help
since the landing of the Mayflower and before.
My second line of offense is historically based and presented on the modern mountains of
evidence (current statistical outcomes) that our Black and White leaders and thinkers are
overwhelmingly guilty of TACTICAL BETRAYAL. Its betrayal because their main focus and
energies are not on the proven track records of success. One of our best track records lies in the
barely explored history of the many Black Wall Streets that existed. They were highly
successfully, virtually self-sustaining and hurt racism to the point that only violent lawlessness
was able to halt its success. We are in a position to prevent that lawlessness from repeating itself
with any unfavorable outcome. Also honoring, in action, virtually all other cultures just makes
practical sense if not moral sense.
We currently have the resources; we currently have the talent and defense mechanisms.
What we dont have is any logical reason not to start doing it before 2015 expires.
Any other social, cultural, economic and religious conversation just merely strengthens
TACTICAL BETRAYAL.
