ICONPO welcomes research papers in all field related to public administration and
organization such as human recources management, new public management, public policy,
good governance, democracy, autonomy, decentralization-centralization, local government,
finance and local taxation, public finance, governmental and non governmental organizations
(NGO). Young scholars are strongly encourage to participate, as the conference will provide
and excellent opportunity to present their research proposals of findings as well as to receive
constructive feedback from expert in the field. The conference will over a public forum for
academicians, government official, graduate student and interest parties from various group

As the continuity of our regular conference, we would like to organize International
Conference of Public Organization on August 2014. This conference consist of two main
events. Those are Postgraduate Research Seminar and General Conference.First day of the
conference will be filled by paper presentations of General conference. And the next day will
be filled by Postgraduate Research Seminar.
