In case of absence you are required(obliged) to notify this authority. If the expert or interpreter,
who is properly summoned does not come and does not justify the absence, or comes but does not give
an expert opinion, or in the timeframe (time limit) does not submit his written expert evidence can be
sentenced to 1000 Denars. If for the unjustified absence of the expert or interpreter, or for his refusal to
give an expert opinion, or for his failure to submit the written expert evidence has occurred costs in the
