Old Faithful

This stuffed dog the size of the table is important to me because I have had that faithful
dog since the day I was born. He has gone to every house and almost every trip Ive gone on. He
has comforted me when I was heavyhearted and has kept me feeling unhazardous when I was
frightened. I even used him for a project and was the star of the show. To this day that dog has
gone through three stitchings and a lot of being thrown, impaled, and gnarled. My dog has also
been all over the country.
I love this dog because of the memories and the superb and distressing times that we have
had together. He has been my baseball bat in pillow baseball and has been my shield against my
infuriated and vicious little brother. Not only has he protected me from everything that has come
my was and his way; he has many memories of moving from house to house and what has
happened to him while he was being driven to the new house. He has also been jam-packed into
a car with 5 people and many, many toys in the trunk, and has gone through a trip in the washer
and a night out in the outside.
